    The business is run by an accountant and the last few years are clear evidence of that mindset.

    When are the major shareholders going to realise that their investment isn't going to deliver even a reasonable ROE until the BoD take some risk?

    I'll be kind and suggest that its not fat cats protecting their wallets... its lack of technical, engineering, O&G (field) experience and I don't mean experience just working in the HO of a miner either.
