Prevous annual reports / on-line presentation discussions have referred to a former Territorian living in Victoria conducting Native consultancy from Victoria. He is retained by CTP for mediating relations between CTP and " traditional owners ". His role in CTP inability to engage N.T. Government in negotiations which led to TAMBORAN being awarded gas supply contact are unknown. With a quarter of CTP employees being people claiming native ancestry the contract has consequences for CTP's ability to extend its use of people claiming native ancestry. Victorian consultant potentially could play role in alerting native Territorians and others about the situation. CTP have another source to influence the situation.
