    Absolutely NOT.
    The Market is what dictates the SP.
    Exploration( by a competent leader with a history of experience) is the one and only way the SP has any chance of moving upwards.
    Distributing dividends without exploration will have the opposite effect and the market will react negatively.
    You can take that to the bank.
