Continuing flatlining share price without dividends is no longer defensible.

At share price 5c a 1c dividend gives 20% yield. That itself makes shares worth significantly more. 6 monthly 1c distributions gives 5c share dividend yield 40%. Again that makes shares much more valuable.

2024 AGM could be proceeded by 5% of shareholders lodging 249D notice. That would have to be dealt with by Board within mandated time schedule. 249D could be lodged so that prescribed time period could be satisfied on same day as 2024 AGM. 249D could nominate removal of 3 Directors.

Salary Strike could proceed and 249D could be withdrawn following success of S.S.

It is manifestly obvious to Board shift in their thinking from dividend distribution " consideration ", & 2026 " guidance " intention to distributions now is shareholders decision.

2023 Annual Report gave number of shareholders as 6408. Recent sale of unmarketable parcels involved 2289 holders. Current number of holders is 4119. 249D requirement for 5 % of holders to lodge could be met by 206 holders.
