Strike 2 should be a given, need a couple of good years of profit before management should be rewarded.
"If you're the CEO of a company you should know more than anyone about the company's stock valuation versus it's future prospects.
When you can see that the market is undervaluing your company,it's a natural time to load up on shares".
If management want shares they should be buying on market and not be rewarded with share rights imo.
