Interestingly the mean recoverable estimate is down from 29 MMbbls to 18, which suggests they did do some seismic and it reduced the structure area.
1300m is a post hole, it would be a very cheap drill. Mobilisation would be the biggest cost. And yet still nobody is interested. If CTP are so confident they should sole-risk it.
