"why isn't LD shouting from the rooftops"?
Probably the same reason he hasn't dipped his hand in his wallet and purchased any shares at these low prices. I wouldn't think drilling of sub salt prospects will happen this year, another wasted year in regards to drilling Dukas.
One of the key risks from the Analyst coverage is,"potential share overhang – with the recent resignation of director Troy Harry, a risk exists that hemay sell his shares. Mr Harry controls 53,340,268 shares with a value of A$2.45m. This represents7% of the issued capital"
I hope it's not him selling, i hope he keeps them and helps vote management out next time.
