If TH is selling we should expect a notice. However, he bought a lot of his shares around the Mac takeover price as I recall, so he would be underwater in a big way. I'm hoping that being involved in the strategic review (bs or not) he would have been in contact with parties interested in CTP assets. Plus the recent (and previous) transaction with NZO showed that there is value to be had, so why bail at this stage? I was wondering if he might use his inside information and use his holding as leverage if another party is looking to take over part or all of CTP.
The recent trading is odd, it looks almost like a transfer of shares at an agreed price, like an in specie transfer.
