CTP after full year NGP business will have disposable income around 7 cps. That allows for all expenses except tax which is not expected to begin at earliest sixth year of production. After first full year of production, elevated Macquarie loan repayments 2019, lower interest costs with refinancing, CTP has capacity to pay dividends. Near-term stage gated play analysis based exploration plan just schematically outlined makes it very clear CTP will NEVER PAY DIVIDENDS . CTP is very well able to pay 3cps annual dividend in two 1.5 cps amounts but CEO, CHAIR, BOARD have decided it will not. Added to the tangled complex kaleidoscope of ownership, legal, corporate relationships plan will create, it is clear shareholders are being sleep-walked into corporate, legal, financial nightmare. Stop this now. Vote AGAINST remuneration report, AGAINST Board re-elections, FOR spill motion now.
