That statement above says it all. It clearly say that they "expect". And to "expect", is not to say that it is "definite".
To me that is only Executive's talks.

IMHO they have a lot in their plate at the moment, and I am prepared to give them time. After all, this is the first oil flow that we have had, and IMO there is plenty of planning to do ahead of us.

IMHO they did expect to get some oil out of Surprise1, but I don't think that they ever expected to get around 400 barrels of oil a day, and, after the extended oil test is done, possibly more. That is a fair bit of oil to be shifting out and to the market, and it could amounts to possibly be needing at least a B-Double, or even a triple per day to move it. It is not just 10 or 20 barrels a day where it can be stored on site.

Then we possibly would still be needing some storage on site, unless we hook up to a pipeline, (if there is one nearby), to store oil just in case that the roads get closed for a reason or another, or one of the trucks breaks down.

As such, IMHO it will take time to organize all that properly.

Let me tell/assure you though, that if I ever fill the need to change my mind towards the company, you will see me posting accordingly. Someone that are frequenting these threads can confirm what I am saying.
