    I hope its not, as that will make it easier for the board to reject.

    The real problems is if they make an offer that is well above a reasonable value.

    Then the board may be obliged to recommend selling.

    It will then require that the shareholders will be required to vote on the proposal.

    And that is why it is critical to ensure that we stand united and control at least 26 % of the votes at a special resolution.

    If we can, then no one can take over our company on a scheme of arrangement.
