david and posty, i agree. This is ONE of the big issues i have with the recent "events". Why is it that SH's, those of us that supposedly "own" a slice of the company will be the last to officially get the details. The fact that Pattersons and various media outlets have the term sheets at hand, yet nothing from ASX. Does this not form part of "Continuous Disclosure"? or is the fact that they are in "negotiations" enough to keep the wolves from the door?
