For what its worth I think one of the main reasons for the upcoming ann is to give the CTPOA a chance to be in the money after all this would be a major coup and would be well thoght of by shareholders apart from bringing in much needed capital. This could also be one of the reasons for the haste at which this package (whatever it is) has been put together.
