Recognise the difference between people's political / general behaviour / objective facts / science. Acknowledge them, accept them, recognise them as what they are, integrate them into your thinking. It makes difference to your perceptions, reactions, planning., behaviour etc., When you do that your actions / energies are directed more productively and you are able to both take social action and enjoy natural things. Some people are ignorant / impulsive / destructive / lie / sociopaths etc., Direct your energy / social action at dealing with them - not displacing it onto objective facts / science. Objective facts and science give truth and truth gives freedom and freedom reveals insight as to how to constructively direct your pro-life force.
