    Paul I think the annual report on page 67 and 45 provides the answer

    i.e. no gas delivered but because the contract was take or pay the customer must make a payment at the end of the year for CTP making the capacity available.



    Then the accounting policy on Page 45 highlights why no revenue was recognised
