    IMO, the failure to deliver Dukas now, and which is postponed indefinitely, is unfortunately our slow but certain demise.
    Too late, that pipeline will be overflowing with other gas by the time we get our shit together ( that is if do have it to give; still to be proven) Reality, sucks does it not.
