Cannot agree more with you, but as you said in a previous post it does not only relate to ctp.
How long has it taken for the government to be dragged from there beds in regard to the royal commission into the banks, (company behavior).
We should thank our lucky stars we don't have a CEO (hope not lol) with the same moral standing as some of these financial institutions that rorted their customers, Which i would imagine were some of their s/h (the living and the dead).
Wish you well trying to convince the appropriate people trying to change behavior at this end of the market.
