    I’m not sure why he would think that.  The relevant point for costs and price is the sales point.  If CTP are selling gas at Ballera, then that would be the appropriate reference point. 

    I havent folwwed this for a while, but mouldy be happy to clarity further if needed.

    but first, where is the sales point??  That is the key for all discussions.
