Did you ask them as to why we need Two (YES 2) Company Secretaries NOT 1 in a company the size of ours and how much money does get this second CS gets paid on top of his other salary.?

That is a good question to put up and one would expect to get a good and reasonable answer too. How about it.?
After all I believe that we should be told as to why this is allowed to happen while paying all that extra money which IMO is totally unnecessary.
