hmmmm sounds distinctly less than promising. delay seems to be what bg is all about, as they are busy with other interests, and why the hell would they want rog as a jv partner as it would just reduce their power at the negotiation table.
from what you suggest i would think that we may be waiting a long time. meanwhile hopefully ctp will start progressing permits with jv's which are outside of bg's domain. sighhhh
