    Orangepeel,

"hmmmm sounds distinctly less than promising. delay seems to be what bg is all about, as they are busy with other interests, and why the hell would they want rog as a jv partner as it would just reduce their power at the negotiation table.

from what you suggest i would think that we may be waiting a long time. meanwhile hopefully ctp will start progressing permits with jv's which are outside of bg's domain. sighhhh

    Orange peel,

BG will persue its own agenda, and take points as and when it thinks fit.

The general rules in disputes are "Admit nothing, deny everything, demand proof" and then "Confuse, complicate, and delay"

Where I have concerns is not about if BG is in or out, but what will CTP do if BG is out, will CTP sue for breach of contract and damages or for specific performance of the agreement.

Depending upon the JV and potentail lack of jursidiction it is here that it will no longer be an Arbitration matter and would end up in the Court system , that will be expensive and time consuming.

    We wait with baited breath.

    CB
