Remember that CTP had $30M cash at the end of September. Probably spent $10M so far. So, with a mkt cap of $68m, $48M is for the coal, gas, the acreage and the chance of hitting oil one day.
Oil price is rising, Helium too, last time I looked. There is value in the option to do something with the coal / gas / He.
So if anyone can do better than a wet finger in the air on a value for all that, let us know.
