Bharat were prepared to pay up to $10 million for 27.803% of EP413 which was at that stage untested and unproven... See ANN 19/8/2010.

125,530 Acres x 27.803 % = 34901.1059 Acres

$10M/34,901.1059 = $286.52/ Acre

We have significantly value added to EP413 since this deal was made.

As you can see things are slow going at the moment. I really would like some NWE figures to punch into the calculator... DYOR...
