Being 'awarded' the tenements is the easy bit. Believe me. Especially if no one else want them!!
Raising capital is also relatively easy if you have a track record of performance and delivery. The first thing Sophisticated Investors look at is quality of Management. Believe me again , CTP has burnt its bridges here. TSX , maybe a saviour but in these market conditions I doubt even the Canadians will 'get it' !
