I don't doubt you about the relationship between the two. My purpose for sharing the story is that CTP has not brought much of anything forward in the past 15 years. Indeed they have gas in the ground in a nice tight gas play...and there's pipeline capacity in the North-South pipe, and they've done precious little with it.
