    I really do not mind what resource we do a JV/FI with.

    What is more of concern to me is that,

    1) The deal is a fair one,

    2) That we have not sold any asset too cheap

    3) That we have received fair market value(as of today's
    value)

    4) That the deal has provision to do deals with other
    companies.

    5) That we wont need to do a CR again ever !!!!!!!!!!!
