Not sure you conclusion is justified - the volume is much much lower than when we know they were buying.

At this rate it will be just a little higher than long term volume of 5 million.

Given how low the trading was last week (Just 16.5 Million in the week), I don't think there is a lot of accumulation going on at the moment.

I note also that sellers are down today, with us going below 20 Million sellers for a little while. This is a good thing. We need to see Sellers and Buyers equalize, IMO (or buyers to surpass sellers).
