Is remuneration fair and equitable for CTP and its shareholders (us)?
Correct me if i am wrong but my reading of page 21 of last years annual report is that:
There are 26 employees.
Total remuneration was just over $5 million, in 2012 it was $2 1/2 million, ie it doubled.
RC's salary went from a total (salary plus long term benefits and discounted shares) of $282,986 in 2012 to a total of $2,392,228 in 2013.
That's to say that RC's salary increased by almost 850% from 2012 to 2013.
My own opinion is that for a tiny, cash strapped company like CTP, obviously struggling to drill a single well in a proven resource, this is excessive.
