I think you need to take chill pill and re-read the 2013 annual report.
RC did not get 170+ million options. Nore are they exercisable at $0.09 cents.
CTP did a share consolidation in August of 2013...
If you care to notice, you would also see that JH tooknone of his pay as options, while RC is taking 75%!
Now it is clear that RC has a higher base wage that JH, which shows that JH was indeed very reasonably paid. btw - RC was hired in May of 2012, so that is why his pay is much lower than in 2013.
As for insulting the 26 people that work at CTP, I think that fairly pathetic. It is easy to attack those that cannot defend themselves.
