my reading of the report is the same as yours. the silly figure that keeps recurring aggregates a deemed value of the options, only one of the three tranches of which has vested and none of them are even remotely in the money. that is my understanding of the printed words (and figures) anyway. i wonder why folk find this so hard to understand.
