Very happy to stand corrected. Thanks. However, on page 23 of the document you present RC does get 172,922,0339 options and on page 26 the footnote describes them as follows:
172,922,0339 unlisted options exercisable at $0.09
Again correct me if i am wrong but RC does appear to make a profit of $45m on them.
But i was wrong to say he got all that in 2013, its actually over a longer time frame. I've asked HC to withdraw my previous post because of that particular error.
I do wonder though whether i am insulting CTP staff or they are insulting us? I stand by my post regarding the salary increase of RC from 2012 to 2013 and I do feel insulted by both his multimillion dollar salary and the huge quantum of the increase in 2013. CTP is in no position to pay its CEO a multi million dollar salary. I also stand by my remarks about the need for 26 staff and genuinely would like to know what they all do? I guess the HR and Payroll section would need a few staff but apart from that I would have thought that a small explorer like CTP would have about 5 staff.
If CTP were drilling away and we were seeing solid outcomes and the SP hadn't collapsed I wouldn't be complaining about the salaries. But the way i feel at the moment is that CTP should downsize to 5 staff, return RC's salary to the handsome amount it was in 2012 and use the savings to drill Surprise.
