    According to my chart software, CTP is now a technical buy today, for the first time in quite a while.
    Its also a strong buy on fundamentals. There is and will be an ongoing East Coast gas shortage and prices will remain strong for our gas. There are several other plus's such as the helium that eventually we will find out about.
