all bg really wants, is 4 nothing 2 happen 4 ages. just 2 keep CTP on the backburner 4 a rainy day. CTP have taken crucial legal advice 2 make that impossible 4 'em 2 do anymore! the legal advice aint there 2 sue bg, but rather 2 lift the drilling embargo that bg have created. it is a way of getting this done, without getting nasty towards bg, but keeping it lawful. sure, we dun know the full terms of the legal contract, but this much is obvious from all the info at hand atm. i repeat, all JH wants 2 do is drill!
