I am not impressed with the announcement of John Heugh's termination. Whether people like it or not he has made the company so much of what it is today and if they are going to show this level of contempt to somebody who has put so much into a company then it's questionable whether shareholders could be shown the same level of contempt (actually no I don't think that would be possible)... Must be some pretty big disagreements to bring supreme court into this... Shame the timing of this Ann - just as sp was getting on a roll...
