CTP is likely to announce anytime details of the gas marketing agreement with Macquarie. That will be quickly followed by details of the Rights Issue which will likely be at 10 cents. Once rights issue is done drilling will begin. Additional gas reserves will be located and certified and gas sales to eastern coast market will be made. Reform of pipeline transportation costs will boost profit for CTP. That gives CTP the capital it needs to resume exploratory drilling and have new exploration success. It will have continuing profits while it is exploring. In the immediate future the annual report is due end September and will provide detailed information about future potential and encourage investors. End October the quarterly report with now regular Webinar by M.D. will happen. Questions can be electronically given to M.D. during webinar or if people can't participate in the live event questions can be sent to company secretary who will give them to M.D. to deal with in the webinar. Two weeks later the AGM is scheduled with likelihood of comprehensive detailed discussion and opportunity for questions to be put to everybody. CTP and Macquarie have common financial goals - operating profits and capital value increase . CTP can refinance anytime without penalty. In the meantime Joint Venture and financial relationships are done within commercial law discipline and are manageable. The company is listed and is therefore always for sale. There is nothing stopping anyone with future vision from bidding for the company. This is an excellent scenario for shareholders.

RI at 10 cps? That would see the SP fall to 10 cps making the RI pointless. Unless of course its a non-renounceable RI issues for the purpose of facilitating a TO, where the predator takes an additional stake while ours gets diluted.
