Perhaps not MacBank but one of their subsidiaries will. Did you take the time to read the announcement properly for if you did you would have noticed therein that the MB's name is appearing.

And then you can also try to explain to me and others as to why 15% of the total shares on issue (although the 15% has been issued/based on the shares which haven't been issued to us as yet), and then tell me what those 15% plus the shares which MB already own, will bring to us if and when required by the board to get through what they want from us.
Haven't we been told by RC himself that they may have to face some revolt when the Remuneration Resolution will be put forward to us for a vote at the upcoming AGM.??
Now what do you think this 15% plus the rest of the MB holdings will do when required to vote for that Resolution.? Simple mate..............we have been snookered into a corner. Perhaps a good payback...Who knows...not me.
