Pinnacle, just think about it, will we be able to survive the next one if and when it will come up.?? We have just handed over to someone not less than 15% of the total shares on issue (even before the total shares have actually been issued to us as far as I can see) have we not.??.
Do you think that those 15% shares will vote for us if and when required.?????? Dream on my friend as it is never going to happen.
IMO just keep a very open eye to that Pandora's box. The story/saga hasn't been finished yet. Plenty of more writing to it to do.
