We all agree DH has, and, is doing a good job. He is achieving because the Board has given him the freedom to do so. As long as results are now being achieved, we should forget the past because we are not sure if it is JH or the rest of the Board that were holding the company back.
We should look through the windscreen and see the road in front of us, not the rear mirror to see where we have driven through.
