    To be on safer, its a good idea to delay the EPT untill we get some good farm-ins agreements signed.
    The reason is If EPT turned out to be negative, we still have funds and partners to carry on with other explorations.

    If farm-ins not signed and EPT turned negative, everyone will just run away.

    Just a guess.
