This is a very misleading statement and I beg to disagree ....
The CTPO options do have a value and are worth (at least) the current CTP share price less 16c. (CTP SP - CTPO Strike Price). At anything greater than that differential, the CTPO holder would have the ability to exercise the CTPO Option and make a profit.
Read the posts by Stoops and Defplayer and maybe you'll have a better undestanding of the CTPO Options and their value.
