Agreed, we've talked about this a couple of times over the last few months.
In fact, a month ago CTP was 12.5 and CTPO 4c; yesterday they closed at 19.5 and 8c; that's a change of 7.5c and 4c. If CTPO had kept up with the heads they would be 11.5 at the moment, just based on the last months activity.
However, looking at the lack of sellers in CTPO at the moment that could force a large climb quite quickly.
