Hi Elvis don't feel embarassed, the options involve more complexity and take some time to get your head around them. It's far better to learn about them this way than to have the market make you "pay" for a lesson (i've been there, it hurts...)
The key is that options like ctpoa offer MASSIVE leverage, and if your bullish about the company (like I am) then they can offer incredible returns if the stock jumps compared to owning the shares.
The difference between the two is like retiring and buying a new Ferrari - compared to - buying your own private jet and retiring to an island in the Bahama's with Jennifer Hawkins.
Crunch a few numbers with different shareprices and you'll get an idea of the potential.
