You can also ring CTP and speak to Julian. He has a number for a ctc at Computershare who is running the rights issue.
If it is too late maybe you can get some of the rights from what Paterson's. Don't know until you ask.
I would also get CBA to refund the money. Go into the bank smile sweetly and then set up your tent and deck chair (wink).
