To those that say CTP's Coal is irrelevant , and of no value, you may find this news item of interest.

I agree that the "Mabbin Creek is located close to existing road, rail and power infrastructure, and is adjacent to a number of world class coking coal mines,

And that clearly is a major factor in the share price, but what is equally important is the paragraph Managing director Mitch Jakeman said world demand for coal in general and coking coal in particular was forecast to grow dramatically over the medium term

Juxtapose those comments with the News Paper Article of Terry Mcrann and there is clearly a lot of money to be made with the right type of coal at the right price, do we have it ? I dont know , only JH and the board have the knowledge that we all would like to have.

But I doubt that JH would spend time , effort and money in travelling all over the World trying to attract JV partners if we didnt have the right type of Coal. for at least some of them.

Junior coal explorer Carabella Resources Ltd has made a stunning debut on the Australian stock exchange, with its shares soaring more than 120 per cent.

Carabella shares were up 48 cents, or 120 per cent, at 88 cents at 1312 AEDT, after reaching a high of 89 cents in early trade.

The Sydney-based company's initial public offer of 30 million shares at a price of 40 cents per share raised $12 million and was significantly oversubscribed.

Most of the funds raised will be used to fund Carabella's exploration program over the next two years, with its primary focus being the Mabbin Creek coking coal tenement in Queensland's Northern Bowen Basin.

"Mabbin Creek is located close to existing road, rail and power infrastructure, and is adjacent to a number of world class coking coal mines," the company said in a statement.

Carabella's initial drilling program at Mabbin Creek identified a resource that complies with Australia's mineral reporting code, JORC, of 91.7 million tonnes of coking coal at its Grosvenor West prospect.

Managing director Mitch Jakeman said world demand for coal in general and coking coal in particular was forecast to grow dramatically over the medium term.
