using current OB production costs, and the long term coal forecast revenue, (both will be used to calculate JORC resource), infrastructure costs, transport costs, etc. I cannot see a competent engineer agreeing to a JORC resource.
Not trying to down-ramp, just trying to have a balanced discussion.
