Johnstone would definitely flow from an un stimulated horizontal.
It may of even flown to surface from the vertical if the crew didn't stuff up and had the drilling fluid suspended in the pay zone for a while. These formations are sensitive. Santos in the Merinne began using Air/Gas drilling as the drilling fluid damaged the pay zone formations and eliminated any future flows.
CTP has a vast land of oil. It just needs to be drilled appropriately. This vast acerage should lure any Major if Touted correctly.
