CTQ has $4m cash, no debt, and only a $13m market cap. Yet, the company is explicitly saying that this financial year will be bright:
“It is very encouraging to see how quickly our opportunity pipeline has grown in 4QFY22. This gives me great confidence that we will start seeing significant results in the current financial year...” said Careteq’s Executive Chairman, Mark Simari. “Careteq has never been in a stronger position to grow our subscriber base on our Sofihub platform, which will not only increase the Group’s recurring revenue but will expand our profit margins exponentially."
Regarding the growing sales pipeline, he said:
“Converting just one lead to binding sales may significantly grow Careteq’s subscriber base due to size of many potential clients in the pipeline.”
Also, director buying recently and the top 20 holds 62%.
It's quite illiquid, so it would be hard to get out if something went wrong. But I like it.
