Or if you want an example. The non interest short term loan that was to be paid in cash. Ending in interest.Two lots of options and shares issued at 1c when the price was 1.6c.
Or the latest loan where the "real" details were shown months later.
Any Finance deal will be a debt spiral (imo) Sold as being at a premium to the share price. Just like RRS, CCC and KAB
