dont hold your breath with asic ,in the past plenty of dodgy directors playing the "game" intercompany loans, related party transactions, stripping out cash and shuffling assets between entities have won out. asic has a very poor conviction rate when cases have been taken to court, convoluted business dealings go way over juries heads. alan bond took a $billion out of bell resources to try to save his butt, just borrowed the money he said and remained a hero to many.
