Meeting with CTR management today. They are working toward taking control of the project in a methodical and serious manner. Do not under estimate Australian expertise in project management and financial acumen. We are on track to be a major player in Central American oil. Dependant albeit in the short term on this well ( testing Atzam 5 C18 upper sections still ). Have a look at Mexico and their opening up of their nationalized oil Industry in recent times. Mr Slim talking up Guatemalan oil . Just the beginning for CTR IMO. Cheers.
